Dwight Evans (Macon Blair), a Virginia vagrant, springs into action when he hears that Will Cleland, his parents’ murderer, has been released from prison. He steals a pickup truck and a gun and goes home, where he sends his estranged sister and nieces away to safety, fearing retaliation from the cold-blooded Cleland clan. However, Dwight soon finds himself in way over his head during his quest for revenge when he realizes he’s no longer certain who committed the murders.
