Helped by Delong (Richard Erdman), a disabled Marine, and Nancy (Rhonda Fleming), the wife of his best friend, Rocky tracks down racketeer Louie Castro (William Conrad) who engineered the robbery. Complicating Rocky’s attempt to nail Castro and find a cache of stolen loot is a police detective (Regis Toomey) who suspects Rocky’s motives.
