A woman (Scarlett Johansson) is kidnapped and forced to work as a drug mule for the mob in Taipei. She’s knocked out and a bag of a new, incredibly powerful drug is implanted in her abdomen. Before she’s put on a flight, she’s held in a dungeon, where one of her captors beats her and the bag of drugs tears open inside her.
As the drug works through her blood stream, she gains superhuman powers, including the ability to move objects using her mind, choosing not to feel pain and a highly advanced talent to absorb information. She turns the tables on her captors, transforming into a merciless warrior.
