Every boy in town is attracted to free-spirited tomboy Mini (Genelia D’Souza). That’s not simply because she’s gorgeous, but also because this eligible bachelorette has a Canadian passport and is heir to her father Bhatti’s (Tinu Anand) business. Unfortunately for her, Bhatti is eager to marry his daughter off at the earliest opportunity. But then Mini meets mild-mannered Viren (Ritesh Deshmukh), one of Bhatti’s lowly employees. Seizing the opportunity to escape her impending marriage, she flees with Viren in an apparent kidnapping.
