Mayor of Seoul, Byeon (Min-sik Choi), decides to run for mayor for a third term as well as hint that he would ultimately like to run for President. Cunning politician Shim (Do-won Kwak) is hired to lead the campaign team while Park (Eun-Kyung Shim), a young advertising talent, brings her fresh perspective to the campaign. They quickly realize re-election won’t be easy, though, as an opposing candidate is in the lead, causing everyone to experience how dirty politics can get.
