Married five years, a young couple’s relationship is put to the challenge when the wife, Paige (Rachel McAdams), is seriously injured in a car crash that leaves her in a coma. When she wakes up, not only does she not recognize her husband, Leo (Channing Tatum), but her last memory is of being engaged to her ex-fiancé, Jeremy (Scott Speedman). When, despite all his efforts to make his wife fall in love with him again, Paige doesn’t recover her feelings for him, Leo has to decide whether he should move on with his life.
