After a year of living together, Wade Walker wants to propose to his girlfriend, Grace Peeples. Grace is hesitant about introducing Wade to her ambitious, upper crust family, so when she leaves to attend an annual reunion at her parents’ swanky compound, Wade decides to show up uninvited and charm his potential in-laws while slipping a ring on Grace’s finger. Unfortunately, Wade’s plans don’t go exactly as he’d envisioned and he soon realizes that his only hope of marrying Grace means a face-off with Judge Peeples, Grace’s disapproving dad who won’t accept anything less than the very best for his daughter.
